We are still working on getting the house ready for sale. The amount of stuff one accumulates in a life time, wow.  Anyway, the State finally opened the state campgrounds for camping, so I booked a couple of days at Steamboat State Park. Roxanne's schedule changed so I called my daughter, Cindy and we met at the park. We stayed at site 84, which is located next to the lake.  It is considered popular full hookup site and it cost $50 a night, a pretty steep price, but the sites are level, long and paved.... Everyone must be tired of staying home because the park was full. I didn't bring the kayaks, figuring it would be cold, but it turned out great. Next time I going to try for site b36 in the newer portion, it is next to the road, but I can stare at the Rock all day. We stayed until Thursday morning at then headed north to camp on the Chewuch River. This will be the first time I will be camping off the grid. I picked a spot in the Upper Bobcat Access just south of Falls Creek. T
